At Partech, we stand behind the quality of the Milwaukee tools we sell. Milwaukee power tools come with a 1 year warranty as standard. Milwaukee pride themselves in great products and services therefore are pleased to offer a warranty extension to 3 years when you register your tool within 30 days of purchase.
Milwaukee Warranty
Up to 3 Years of Warranty Coverage
Milwaukee offers a warranty of up to three years on power tools when purchased from an authorised Milwaukee dealer such as Partech.
The first year’s warranty is automatically applied from the date of sale, and an additional two years is available at no cost when you register your new Milwaukee tool online within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please visit Milwaukee's E-Service to register your tool for warranty and ensure extended coverage.
Note: Rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers, and accessories are not included in the warranty extension.
Truck & Bus Parts Warranty
For truck and bus parts, we offer a 12-month parts warranty on all items. In the event of a failure due to faulty material, either the failed part or the failed unit will be replaced free of charge, at the discretion of the manufacturer.
What’s Covered:
Only parts and units are covered under this warranty. Labour costs, towing costs, claims for consequential damage, and any other associated costs are not included.
How to Make a Claim:
If you believe your part has failed due to faulty material, please contact us at 045-879009 to discuss the issue and initiate a warranty claim.
