How do I track my order?
Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.
Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

What shipping options do you offer?
At Partech, we are committed to providing fast, reliable next-day delivery across Ireland. Whether you’re ordering a single tool or a full toolkit, we ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders under €100, we offer next-day delivery across Ireland for a flat rate of €15. Whether you’re ordering a single tool or multiple items, we aim to deliver your order the next day, though delivery times may vary based on order time and courier availability.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only deliver within Ireland and Northern Ireland. However, we’re working on expanding our service to the UK and beyond in the future.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@partech.ie. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Millennium Park, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91K19X
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Are there return shipping fees?
In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Milwaukee offers a warranty of up to three years on power tools when purchased from an authorised Milwaukee dealer such as Partech.
The first year’s warranty is automatically applied from the date of sale, and an additional two years is available at no cost when you register your new Milwaukee tool online within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I register my product for warranty coverage?
Please visit Milwaukee's E-Service to register your tool for warranty and ensure extended coverage.
Note: Rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers, and accessories are not included in the warranty extension.
What is not covered under the warranty?
While our warranty is comprehensive, there are certain situations not covered. The warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
Gift Cards
How can I redeem my gift card?
Redeeming a gift card is a straightforward process. During the checkout process, there will be an option to enter your gift card code. Simply input the unique code found on your gift card, and the corresponding value will be applied to your total purchase.
Do gift cards have an expiration date?
Our gift cards typically do not have an expiration date. We want recipients to have the flexibility to use their gift cards at their convenience.
